These are amazing.
They took forever to make and were such a mess but sooooo worth it.

They’ll probably be the only thing that I eat this entire week. But I’m ok with that. I like to make giant amounts of food and then have leftovers for the rest of the week. I made risotto last Saturday and ate risotto with every meal this week. and I loved it.
Anyway, the recipe was from The Pioneer Woman. I’m obsessed with her website. There’s so much on there that I want to cook, but then I realize I don’t have a ton of money for groceries so I’ll stick to my enchiladas and risotto that keeps me full for a week.
