I made these on Friday for my mom’s birthday. I first saw them on www.bakerella.com and I wanted to make them but I didn’t want them sitting around my house, so my mom’s birthday was a perfect excuse for making them. They we a little frustrating when it came to dipping them in the chocolate but for the most part they were pretty easy. But I would recommend freezing them when you first put the sticks in and before dipping in the chocolate. The first few that I tried dipping fell apart so that’s when I decided to start freezing them. Also, make sure the chocolate is melted enough. I used white candy melts which bakeralla used but I couldn’t get it thin enough, so next time I’ll just use white chocolate dipping chocolate.
Anyway, my mom loved them and they were super delicious.
